8X On The Park

In 2017, BCI committed to financing the construction of 8X On The Park in Yaletown, Vancouver. The 35-storey building, expected to be completed in 2020, offers 191 condominiums and 119 apartment units. The project is registered with the Canadian Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, targeting a LEED Gold designation at a minimum. LEED-certified buildings reduce environmental impacts, increase occupant satisfaction, and provide competitive advantages. The building is close to restaurants, boutiques, the Vancouver Seawall, numerous cultural venues, and includes features such as an entertainment and social space, and a pet-washing station.
