Equity Statement

At BCI, we value diversity and believe in fostering an inclusive culture where all employees can be successful.

We are performance and client focused and value integrity; if you share these values, we want to know you.

We recognize that some skills can be learned on the job and encourage all to apply.

If you require an accommodation for the recruitment process (including alternate formats of materials, accessible meeting rooms or other accommodations), please contact us.

Recruitment Process

At BCI, we are committed to a thorough and transparent recruitment process. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Every application is reviewed by our in-house recruitment team or the hiring manager.
  • Shortlisted applicants receive an invitation for an initial discussion.
  • We may include elements such as technical testing (e.g., financial modelling or a case study) to validate the experience. Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person interview in the city where the role is located.

The length of the process varies depending on the nature of the position. The selected candidate will undergo background checks and provide references.

We are dedicated to accessibility and inclusion. For assistance or accommodations during any stage of the process, please contact us.

Grow with us

“I was encouraged and supported throughout this process and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow in my career, and in an area that I’m interested in. There are also plenty of training and development opportunities available which not only empowered me to make this change, but which have supported me to transition into a role that is very different to my previous position.”

Megan joined in 2016 as Portfolio Administrator in our Infrastructure & Renewable Resources team. Seeking a pivot in her career, she was the successful candidate for the Compliance Analyst role in the Legal team. Currently, she serves as the A/Director, Compliance.
