Andrew Li joined BCI in 2016. He focuses on the consumer services investment sector, with specialization in numerous markets including food and beverage, pet services and products, household and personal products, and specialized consumer services. With $250.4 billion in gross assets under management as of March 31, 2024, BCI is one of the largest institutional investors in Canada.

Prior to joining BCI, Andrew worked in the investment banking division of National Bank Financial, where he was involved in a number of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked with the investment team at UBC Investment Management Trust.

Andrew is a CFA® charterholder and graduated with honours from the bachelor of commerce program at the University of British Columbia where he majored in finance.

Andrew currently observes on the boards of Pete & Gerry’s Organic Eggs, a USA-based provider of B-Corporation, organically certified eggs; Tropicana Brands Group, a global portfolio of some of the world’s most iconic juice brands; and Press Ganey Associates, a leading human experience platform for health care, offering a suite of technology-based services. Andrew previously observed on the boards of Springs Window Fashions and Hayfin Capital Management.
