Jerry Divoky joined BCI in November 2004 and is a Senior Managing Director responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing private direct infrastructure investments globally. With $250.4 billion of gross managed assets as of March 31, 2024, BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors within the global capital markets.

Jerry has over 30 years’ experience in finance. Prior experience includes 10 years in energy and banking in Europe, principally in London, with a focus on commodity trading, asset development, and the acquisition of utilities and energy infrastructure.

Jerry holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Victoria, attended the INSEAD Advanced Management Program, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and has completed the ICD Directors Education Program.

Jerry currently serves on the boards of National Gas Transmission in the U.K., Global Container Terminals in North America, Pacific National Rail in Australia, and Czech Gas in the Czech Republic. He has held prior directorships at Thames Water in the U.K., Transelec in Chile, Endeavour Energy, and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd in Australia, Isagen in Colombia, as well as NTS and Arteris in Brazil.
