Pedram Shayegan

Location: New YorkPedram Shayegan joined BCI in October 2024 as a Director on the industrials team and is based in New York. With $250.4 billion of gross managed assets as of March 31, 2024, BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors within the global capital markets.
Prior to joining BCI, Pedram was a Director at Hudson Advisors, an investment advisor to the Lone Star Funds, where he focused on large-cap buyouts and credit opportunities across Europe. Prior to Hudson Advisors, Pedram was a Director at PSP Investments, playing a key role in establishing the firm’s private equity presence in Europe. Earlier in his career, Pedram worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at National Bank Financial.
His previous board roles include serving as a director for CeramTec, Sky Leasing, and Wittur, and as a board observer for Azelis, AmWINS, and Noranco.
Pedram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Toronto. He is also a licensed commercial pilot.
