Hugh Willis joined BCI as an Associate in the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (“I&RR”) team in 2019. As of March 31, 2025, the I&RR team manages C$32.2 billion of assets on behalf of clients as part of the total $295 billion of capital managed by BCI.

Hugh is primarily responsible for the listed infrastructure strategy. Throughout his time with BCI, Hugh’s role has encompassed asset management and deal origination in Australia and Asia, including BCI’s investments in Cube Highways, Endeavour Energy and Pacific National. Hugh is currently an Alternative Director at Pacific National.

Prior to joining BCI, Hugh worked in Investment Banking & Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Australia, with a focus on infrastructure and resources. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Victor joined BCI in 2024 and is a Senior Principal in the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) team, primarily focusing on originating, executing, and managing investments within the Asia-Pacific region. BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, managing $295 billion in assets as of March 31, 2025, including $32.2 billion overseen by the I&RR team.

Prior to joining BCI, Victor spent nine years in private equity and investment banking across SER Capital Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, I Squared Capital, and Scotiabank covering energy and infrastructure within North America.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
