Chris joined BCI’s Private Equity practice in 2022, as the second hire out of the New York City office, to build and lead the value creation practice. With $295 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2025, BCI is one of the largest institutional investors in Canada.

In his current role, Chris’ primary responsibilities include the development and deployment of Private Equity’s value creation platform – including optimization of portfolio company talent, process, and technologies that drive value capture.

Prior to joining BCI, Chris was VP of Finance at Rent The Runway, a subscription fashion unicorn start-up that IPO’ed in 2021. Previous to that, Chris led finance and strategy at the e-commerce start-up, Jet.com, which was acquired by Walmart in 2016 for $3.3bn. Chris also has 10-years of Big 4 M&A experience.

Chris completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and earned his CPA (inactive) in 2006.
