Hugh Willis

Hugh Willis joined BCI as an Associate in the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (“I&RR”) team in 2019. As of March 31, 2025, the I&RR team manages C$32.2 billion of assets on behalf of clients as part of the total C$295 billion of capital managed by BCI.  

Hugh is primarily responsible for the listed infrastructure strategy. Throughout his time with BCI, Hugh’s role has encompassed asset management and deal origination in Australia and Asia, including BCI’s investments in Cube Highways, Endeavour Energy and Pacific National. Hugh is currently an Alternative Director at Pacific National.   

Prior to joining BCI, Hugh worked in Investment Banking & Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Australia, with a focus on infrastructure and resources.  

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
