Hugh Willis joined BCI I in 2019. With $295 billion of managed assets as of March 31, 2025, BCI is one of the largest asset managers in Canada. 

Hugh’s role has included asset management, deal origination and most recently building out the listed infrastructure strategy. Hugh covers BCI’s infrastructure investments in Australia, including Endeavour Energy and Pacific National, and has supported capital deployment efforts in India, with BCI’s investment in Cube Highways. 

Prior to joining BCI, Hugh spent two years working in Australia with Credit Suisse. 

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
