Jackie joined BCI in 2025, where she focuses on value creation across the private equity portfolio. She specializes in strategy and transformation management, working with portfolio companies across multiple sectors. BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, with $295 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2025.

Prior to BCI, Jackie was a consultant at Monitor Deloitte and EY-Parthenon, where she specialized in private equity strategy. She advised clients on investment strategy, M&A, and growth. Before consulting, Jackie served as Chief of Staff to the co-CEO of a venture capital-backed startup in the consumer good space.

Jackie holds a BSc and MBA from McGill University and an MSc from the University of Nottingham.
