Natasha Dillon

Senior Managing Director

Natasha Dillon joined BCI in 2024 as Senior Managing Director, Value Creation and is based in London. She is responsible for value creation across the PE global portfolio through strategy development and execution, leadership effectiveness, transformation and operational improvements. With $295 billion of managed assets as of March 31, 2025, BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors within the global capital markets.

Natasha brings close to 30 years’ international experience in delivering, leading, and advising on business transformation, organizational change, and people. Most recently, Natasha was the Chief Portfolio People Officer at Apax. Prior to this, she spent seven years as Chief People Officer at Inmarsat. She has worked in consulting as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group, and formerly at EY, providing advisory support to over 30 organizations across a range of sectors on business and HR transformation. Earlier in her career, Natasha worked at BP for twelve years in a range of commercial, HR and organizational change roles.

Natasha holds a Management Sciences BSc. (Honours) from the University of Manchester.
