Location: VictoriaVictor joined BCI in 2024 and is a Senior Principal in the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) team, primarily focusing on originating, executing, and managing investments within the Asia-Pacific region. BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, managing $295 billion in assets as of March 31, 2025, including $32.2 billion overseen by the I&RR team.
Prior to joining BCI, Victor spent nine years in private equity and investment banking across SER Capital Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, I Squared Capital, and Scotiabank covering energy and infrastructure within North America.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
