Applications for a position with BCI are made either through our Careers Opportunity site (managed by Workday) or via an established recruitment agency working on our behalf.  Candidates will participate in multiple phone or video interviews with a member from BCI’s human resources department and the hiring manager. Our recruitment process may also involve meetings (in person or virtual) with the team and hiring manager.
