Natasha Dillon

Senior Managing Director

Natasha Dillon joined BCI in 2024 as Senior Managing Director, Value Creation – Human Capital and Organization Effectiveness and is based in London. She is responsible for driving value creation across the portfolio through people, talent, and organizational development. With $250.4 billion of gross managed assets as of March 31, 2024, BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors within the global capital markets.

Natasha brings over 25 years’ experience in delivering, leading, and advising on business transformation, organizational change, and people. Most recently, Natasha was the Chief Portfolio People Officer at Apax. Prior to this, she spent seven years as Chief People Officer at Inmarsat. She has worked in consulting at both EY and Korn Ferry Hay Group, providing advisory support to over 30 organisations across a range of sectors on HR and business transformation.

Natasha holds a Management Sciences BSc. (Honours) from the University of Manchester.
